The structure of the type holder is made to be able to be inserted on the customer’s press.
The number of punches it can contain depends on the customer’s needs, but by replacing the lateral support blocks the punch containment capacity can be varied.
Letters from the Latin, Polish, German, Polish, Czech and Cyrillic alphabets, numbers, special characters and logos can be created on the punches.
The digits 0-9 can be in two fonts: a more closed and standard one and a more open one, especially useful for small characters.
Customizations on the fonts are however possible.
Special logos and symbols can be created based on drawings from the customer.
The size and depth of the characters depend on the customer’s needs.
Punch’s crest can be pointed or flat.
The material used, excellent quality steel, and the type of personalized GOMG heat treatment that we carry out serve to reduce the probability of breakage as much as possible.
