Assembling oleopneumatic cylinders machine for office swivel chairs consists of a robust electro-welded drawn iron frame.
The frame is shaped to incorporate the hydraulic power pack.
By doing so, a compact structure is obtained.
The system carries out two types of operations:
The machine is semi-automatic as loading and unloading during the work phases occurs manually while the execution of the operations is automatic.
Moreover the machine includes an oil dosing pump.
The operator inserts the cylinder barrel with the lower closing cap into the assembly station and the pump inserts and doses the oil.
Oil quantity is adjustable.
The operator then inserts the piston with the seals and the barrel closing cap.
A hydraulic cylinder descends to push the piston into place.
In the lower part there is the valve for filling the air.
An equipment rests on the valve and injects dried mains air.
Thanks to the regulation valves it is possible to insert the air at the required pressure.
At the end of the assembly operation, the operator removes the cylinder and inserts it into the testing station where the cylinder is automatically subjected to the set series of cycles.
