The gas cylinder inspection roller conveyors constitute a mini cylinder inspection line. It consists of two roller conveyors, one for the internal inspection of the cylinder and one for the inspection of the external surface.
The internal inspection unit is a motorized tilting roller conveyor with rubber rollers that tilts the cylinder so that it can be comfortably controlled by the operator looking at it from top to bottom.
The rising and descent are possible thanks to a pneumatic cylinder.
The inclination can be partial or very pronounced, almost vertical.
A platform that closes the roller conveyor prevents the cylinder from falling and facilitates the elimination of the cylinder in case it should be discarded.

The external inspection unit is a fixed roller conveyor with a retractable trolley between the rollers, driven by a pair of pneumatic cylinders, which when it is up it raises the gas cylinder until it is released from the rollers.
In the release mechanism, the cylinder lies on wheels and this allows the operator to easily turn the cylinder and to control its entire external surface at 360 °.
