External cylinder washing conveyor

The external cylinder washing conveyor is a motorized roller conveyor with rubber rollers which is contained in a closed tunnel.

This machine is usually found after external sandblasting and has the task of cleaning the external surface of the cylinder from the remaining sand and dust.

During the passage inside the tunnel the cylinder is hit by three jets of air, each of which covers the entire surface of the cylinder at 360 degrees.

Jets can also spray water and it is also possible to do a combined action with water and air.

The length of the roller conveyor and tunnel depends on the need of the customer’s application.

Inside the frame there is a channel for the safe passage of electrical cables. This convenient position avoids having external clutter.
