If productivity is high, an automatic brushing line can be created consisting of two brushers in parallel served by roller conveyors with rubber rollers and inclined pallets with tipper.
This type of solution is optimal not only because it doubles productivity, but the fact that the two machines are in parallel guarantees operation even if one is down for maintenance, breakdown or by choice.
Brushing speed and strength are adjustable.
Loading and unloading of the line is automatic.
The cylinder is blocked thanks to hydraulic cylinders while the brushing mechanism is pneumatic. The system therefore includes a hydraulic control unit.
