The unloading overturning roller conveyor is a motorized roller conveyor with rubber rollers that tilts the cylinder from horizontal to vertical so that it can be easily removed by the operator.
The ascent and descent are possible thanks to a pneumatic cylinder.
A platform that closes the roller conveyor prevents the cylinder from falling and facilitates the elimination of the cylinder to be discarded.
The length of the roller conveyor is sized according to the longest of the cylinders processed by the plant.
The pneumatic roller lifting cylinder is well sized according to the maximum weight to be lifted and is of excellent quality.
There is a variant of this product and it is the unloading and loading roller conveyor (mod. SC). In this case, the roller conveyor will have a dual function and can also work in reverse, so the operator inserts the cylinder on the platform and pushes the load button on the control panel and the roller conveyor changes from vertical to horizontal.
This roller conveyor can have a pneumatic pusher mechanism between the rollers which serves to overturn and unload the cylinder into a roller conveyor parallel so that it can continue its path in the cycle towards the next station.
The rubber rollers of our production in addition to having a duration equal to those in steel allow to reduce the noise pollution inside the factories.
