The cylinders enter from one side and exit from the opposite side and this allows loading and unloading at the same time.
Each cylinder is kept safe by jaws, the frame is however closed by protective nets.
Its rotation is made by two shafts on which three crowns are connected and through the coupling crown, shaft, reducer and motor the entire structure is allowed to rotate by one step.
Base frame is made of robust and excellent quality electro-welded profiled iron.
Its height and therefore the number of cylinders that can be stored depends on the customer’s needs.
The automated vertical warehouse is modular and can be inserted into a larger line including roller conveyors, inclined pallets and programmed loading and unloading belts.
Like all GOMG systems, the vertical warehouse is designed to be loaded onto a container or truck without dismantling it too much, thus reducing assembly times.
