Cylinders automatic mixing inverters are automatic mixers for fire-fighting cylinders, designed to accelerate the diffusion of pressurization nitrogen into the extinguishing agent.
The system is composed of one or more independent stations.
Cylinders are held at the bottom by a platform and at the top by pliers.
The stations can rotate almost 360° in one direction and the other.
Rotation always allows the cylinder to be turned over, thus optimizing mixing.
It is possible to set the cycle operating parameters thanks to a touchscreen panel.
The loading and unloading of the cylinders is manual.
The loading and unloading area is sized to allow the passage of forklifts.
A convenient button panel with manual controls is mounted on a mobile rod and this allows the operator to carry out loading and unloading operations while remaining mounted on the forklift.
The system is equipped for each station with a safety block to stop the forklift and prevent collisions.
The entire structure is protected by protective railings and gates.
Like all GOMG systems, the mixer is designed to be loaded onto a container or truck without dismantling it too much, thus reducing assembly times.
