The frame is made of very robust and excellent quality electro-welded sheets and profiles.
Punches are arranged on a daisy and the marking is carried out thanks to a striker.
The head can move laterally in both directions and rotate to change angles.
These two movements allow you to follow the curvature of the ring and always place the punch in the optimal marking position.
The head can also move forward to better approach rings of different diameters.
Characters quantity to mark is customizable.
It can mark alphanumeric characters and symbols and the marking is done by typing the sequence via the GOMG touchscreen system.
Punches can hold characters up to 15mm high.
Punches are made of excellent quality steel and tempered with the system that GOMG has developed and optimized in over 40 years of activity
The head can mark both fixed and variable data.
Rings hot marking machine is complete with a blowing system for cooling the punches.
The machine can also be used for cold marking.
