The shape of the stem and the radius of curvature depend on the customer’s needs.
On the punch you can create letters of the Latin alphabet, Polish, German, Polish, Czech and Cyrillic, numbers, special characters and logos.
The 0-9 figures can be two fonts: one more closed and standard and one more open, useful especially for small characters.
Customizations on fonts are however possible. OCR-B font is possible too.
Special symbols can also be made.
Concavi and convex metal stamps are designed to be interted in holder mounted on the customer’s press which can already be existing or provided by Gomg.
The size and depth of the characters depend on the customer’s needs.
Punch crest can be pointed or plain.
The material used, a steel of excellent quality, and the type of customized Gomg thermal treatment that we perform is used to decrease the chances of rupture as much as possible.
