Layout of automatic cylinders re-testing line
The automatic cylinder retesting system is divided into four areas:
In the cylinder re-testing line layout, unloading units are provided to remove cylinders not deemed suitable.
Loading units are provided in the line to bypass one or more processing areas.
If there is an automated warehouse for detaching cylinders, loading units can be created on request
and unloading with grippers, elevators, roller conveyors and programmed accumulation belts.
All machinery is built to operate with all cylinder sizes in the customer’s production range.

Like all GOMG systems, the machinery of the re-testing line is designed to be loaded onto a container or truck without dismantling them too much, thus reducing assembly times.
