The testing line loading lift is a profiled iron structure with a built-in trolley which, thanks to a pneumatic cylinder, can slide up and down, thus bringing the cylinders to the loading or unloading height of the test.
It is placed next to the loading roller conveyor with rubber rollers equipped with a pneumatic pusher that overturns the cylinder on the mobile structure of the trolley when it is completely low.
The trolley remains in the guide thanks to wheels that run on rails on both sides. The iron structure of the trolley that supports the cylinder is made in such a way as to leave space for the jaws of the manipulator pliers
so they can enter and grab the cylinder. In the loading unit there is, at the top level of the trolley, a pneumatic cylinder which has the purpose of aligning the cylinder on the side of the nozzle.
The testing line loading lift is designed to support and lift each cylinder in the dimensional and weight range processed by the customer.
