The wheels are all of the same diameter and therefore it is suitable for marking by hitting, not by rolling.
For rolling marking GOMG offers the numering head with barrel wheels.
The shape of the character relief with flat crest allows you to mark small thickness plates without cutting them.
On the wheels there can be characters from 1 to 12mm in height, while for the symbols it depends on their complexity.
The number of wheels varies depending on the number of digits that make up the values required by the customer’s application.
It is possible to create wheels with the sequence of digits 0-9, but it is also possible to create wheels with multiple repetitions of only some digits (for example, if you want to create a wheel with only 1 and 2, the sequence could be 1-1- 1-1-1-2-2-2-2-2-2)
