Progressive numbering heads with interchangeable shoulders
Description and
details

The progressive numbering heads with interchangeable oversized shoulders for marking codes in addition to the progressive numeric code.

It is a pneumatically driven automatic numberer and is used for marking incrementally variable data such as serial codes.

Electronic increment management can also be integrated.

The character on the shoulder allows the marking to be brought closer to the blocks installed next to the numerators.

The group of wheels is flat for vertical marking with a press and the numberer is equipped with a structure with a tang for attachment to the press.

The entire numerator is designed to withstand high marking pressures.

It is made up of wheels with ten faces that contain the numbers, but it is possible to make wheels with letters or symbols.
It is possible to create wheels with the sequence of digits 0-9, but it is also possible to create wheels with multiple repetitions of only some digits (for example, if you want to create a wheel with only 1 and 2, the sequence could be 1-1-1-1-1-2-2-2-2-2-2)
The thickness of the wheels determines the distance between the digits in the marking.
On the wheels there can be characters from 1 to 12mm in height, while for the symbols it depends on their complexity.
The numerator has an automatic increase function, so every time a new marking cycle is started, the starting value must be set manually by simply rotating the wheels until the desired value is reached.
The number of wheels varies depending on the number of digits that make up the values required by the customer’s application.
Each wheel is coded so it is easy to locate the assembly location
The numerator is easy to assemble and requires little maintenance. However, GOMG still offers the maintenance and regeneration service of its numerators.
The numerator is supplied including fittings for connecting the pneumatic tubes.
The body of the enumerator is made with a coupling seat with two threaded holes for installation on GOMG marking wheels or on supports with press shank.
Further solutions for attachment to other marking machinery are possible.
