Roller conveyors with rubber rollers or steel rollers. A system made up of an electric motor, reducer, pinions and chains rotates the rubber rollers and this causes the cylinder to flow from the inlet to the outlet. The length of the roller conveyors with rubber rollers depends on the need for the application and if there are sorting points it is possible to install between the rollers the overturning mechanism operated by a pneumatic cylinder which pushes the piece out of the roller as it rises.
The rubber rollers of our production in addition to having a duration equal to those in steel allow to reduce the noise pollution inside the factories.
