Description and
details

Rubber rollers roller conveyor with electrowelded profiled iron frame and rubber or steel rollers.

A system made up of an electric motor, reducer, pinions and chains rotates the rubber rollers and this causes the cylinder (or tubes, packs, etc.) to slide from the inlet to the outlet.

The motor and gearbox are sized to optimize productivity and at the same time reduce consumption.

Drive motors number of is designed based on the work areas required by the customer’s layout

The length of the roller conveyors depends on the needs of the application.

If there are parts sorting points, a tipping mechanism can be installed between the rollers.

Operated by a pneumatic cylinder, the tipper pushes the cylinder sideways out of the roller conveyor as it rises.

Inside the frame there is a channel for the safe passage of electrical cables. This convenient position avoids having external clutter.

The rubber rollers of our production, in addition to having the same duration as the steel ones, allow us to reduce noise pollution inside the factories.

The conveyor is complete of security system including chain carter and gear unit carter
