The multifunction automatic marking machine capable of marking both cylindrical products such as rings, tubes and rectangular bars.
It is made up of a solid frame made of 15mm thick iron sheets. The structure is compact with built-in hydraulic power unit
All components are made of high quality steel and some are hardened to avoid wear.
The marking head is disc shaped and has a diameter of 360mm and can hold 150 interchangeable single character punches.
It is also possible to create special punches with composite logos and writings; the capacity of the wheel will therefore depend on the length and number of these punches
Furthermore, upon request, an automatic numbering head with 4, 5 or 6 wheels can be included, made with the barrel wheel assembly.
This marking machine marks by rolling and thanks to the force of two hydraulic cylinders the head can engrave even the hardest metals leaving a clear and deep groove, more than that left by any dot marking machine, and the marking will be clearly visible and clear even after the painting.
The standard machine can mark rings with a diameter of 100-250 mm but on request it is possible to make one that marks even larger diameters.
The marking of the pipes and bars can be done by installing the specific support structure supplied.
On request it is possible to make a machine for hot marking too
The loading and unloading of the marking station is done manually.
Like all GOMG marking machines, the multifunction marking machine has an hydraulic service and it is possible to easily adjust the speed of the movements of the mechanisms and the marking pressure so as to always have an optimal configuration for the materials to be marked and the size of the characters.
This guarantees excellent marking quality and a long service life of the punches.
The machine has a double Start button system to ensure operator safety.
The electrical system and the software are made according to the customer’s needs.
