Semi-automatic compact cylinder marking machine with manual loading and unloading.
It is composed of a solid frame made of 15mm thick iron sheets. The structure is compact and complete with a hydraulic power pack.
All components are made of high quality steel and some are hardened to avoid wear.
The marking head is disc-shaped and has a diameter of 360mm and can contain 150 interchangeable single character punches.
It can mark cylinders with a diameter of 100-240mm and a length of 300-1700mm.
It is also possible to create special punches with composite logos and words; the capacity of the wheel will therefore depend on the width and number of these punches.
Furthermore, on request we can include an automatic numbering head with 4, 5 or 6 wheels made with wheels group with the barrel shape.
The maring machine marks by rolling and thanks to the force of two hydraulic cylinders the head can engrave even the hardest metals leaving a clear and deep groove, more than that left by any dot marker, and the marking will be clearly visible and clear even after the painting.
On request it is possible to create a machine for hot marking.
Like all GOMG markers, the multifunction marking machine has a hydraulic service and it is possible to easily adjust the speed of the movements of the mechanisms and the marking pressure
so as to always have an optimal configuration for the materials to be marked and the size of the characters.
This guarantees excellent marking quality and long life of the punches.
The electrical system and software are created according to the customer’s needs.
