The marking head is made up of character holder sectors with interchangeable punches and a compact pneumatic progressive numerator.
On the punches it is possible to make letters of the Latin, Polish, German, Polish, Czech and Cyrillic alphabet, numbers, special characters and logos.
The digits 0-9 can be of two fonts: one more closed and standard and one more open, especially useful for small characters.
However, font customizations are possible, including OCR-B.
Special logos and symbols given by the customer’s drawing can be made.
Furthermore, punches composed with words can be made.
Punches with a special cut to be inserted on the sides of the numerators are also possible.
Size and depth of the characters depend on the customer’s needs.
The crest of the punch can be pointed or flat.
Used material is high quality steel and the type of heat treatment performed is the one optimized by GOMG in over 40 years of experience.
Material, treatment and therefore experience have allowed us to reduce the probability of breakage as much as possible.
