The marking is in a continuous cycle, which means that the disk rotates and marks the text composed with the punches with a pitch given by the circumference of the disk.
Punches with the characters are made of excellent quality and hardened steel.
Spacers, for a better grip, are made of polyzene.
Letters from the Latin, Polish, German, Polish, Czech and Cyrillic alphabets, numbers, special characters and logos can be created on the punches.
The digits 0-9 can be in two fonts: a more closed and standard one and a more open one, especially useful for small characters.
Customizations on the fonts are however possible.
Special logos and symbols can be created based on drawings from the customer.
Stamps can be single characters or composed to mark words.
The size and depth of the characters depend on the customer’s needs.
Punch’s crest can be pointed or flat.
The diameter of the wheel is customizable.
