They are punches for markers or manuals with flat cusp characters whose width is customizable.
They are designed for marking metals and hard materials in general.
The height of the characters in the photo example is 10mm, but it is customizable: smaller and much larger characters can be made.
Letters of the Latin, Polish, German, Polish, Czech and Cyrillic alphabets, numbers, special characters and logos can be created on the punches.
OCR-B font characters can also be created for optical marking detection.
The digits 0-9 can be in two fonts: a more closed and standard one and a more open one, especially useful for small characters.
Customizations on the fonts are however possible.
Special symbols can also be created.
The size and depth of the characters depend on the customer’s needs.
The material used, excellent quality steel, and the type of personalized GOMG heat treatment that we carry out serve to reduce the probability of breakage as much as possible.
