Steel punches on spherical cap for hot marking of concave surfaces. They are punches with characters engraved with a flat crest, with a very acute angle and with a depth that can be increased.
The height of the characters in the photo example is 14mm, but it is customizable: smaller and much larger characters can be made.
Letters from the Latin, Polish, German, Polish, Czech and Cyrillic alphabets, numbers, special characters and logos can be created on the punches.
The digits 0-9 can be in two fonts: a more closed and standard one and a more open one, especially useful for small characters.
Customizations on the fonts are however possible.
The size and depth of the characters depend on the customer’s needs.
Special symbols can also be made.
