The manipulator for LPG tanks is a 4-axis manipulator dedicated to the rail handling of large cylinders such as LPG tanks (with diameter 800-1000-1200 mm).

The tank is loaded and transported horizontally and then unloaded vertically.
All the movements of rotation, rising and descent and clamp opening are made by hydraulic cylinders of excellent quality and well sized according to the measures of the product range for which it will be used.
The frame of the manipulator for LPG tanks is made of profiled and drawn iron while the mechanisms are made of steel, all of excellent quality.
The grippers are shaped and rubber coated to prevent the piece from sliding and therefore to optimize the grip on the tanks.
The operations it performs and its dimensions and shapes are designed to optimize handling with all products in the customer’s production range.
