Gas cylinder hydraulic test line is a automatic line complete of emptying unit and manipulator for automatic loading and unloading.
It is customizable and the cycle is adjustable.
The plant has a compact conformation with a Hydrostatic testing unit and an emptying unit placed one in front of the other with a 6-axis loading-unloading manipulator in the center that moves on rail and can rotate to serve both machines.
The cylinder is picked up at the inlet by the manipulator and loaded in a free station of the 6 present in the hydraulic test. Each station is independent and has its own pressure transducer and manometer. The pressure test takes place at a pressure up to 500Bar.
Sealing system is without screwing. The holding time under pressure is adjustable via the touchscreen panel of the testing line on the machine. At the end of the cycle the manipulator picks up the bottle, rotates it 180 ° and loads it on a free station of the 6 present in the emptying unit. Each emptying station is independent and is equipped with a mobile nozzle that is inserted into the cylinder thanks to a pneumatic cylinder and can spray air or nitrogen to speed up the unloading first and dry the cylinder afterwards. The emptying and drying time is adjustable via the touchscreen panel of the testing line on the machine. At the end of the emptying cycle, the cylinder is picked up by the manipulator and unloaded in the station following the cylinder testing line.
In the gas cylinder automatic hydraulic testing line, if the cylinder does not pass the test it is declared rejected by the system and automatically discharged in a predetermined position.
The system is equipped with a hydraulic unit with pressure multipliers.
